Need to cancel and refund my "subscription".

..not even sure what that subscription is or where to find the "month" I have apparently paid for. I bought lifetime access to YouZign SaaS during recent JVzoo launch.  That's all I want.

Did not know I signed up for the "subscription" thing. Please cancel and refund the $37 that was debited on March 10th.

Download links broken, no password, support email does not work (says you are now zendesk) when i go to zendesk they say you not exist? Please refund my money

I have the exact same issue, I have just been charged a renewal fee of $44. Originally I thought I had knowingly signed up for it and forgot to cancel but after thinking about it I can't actually remember signing up for any club thing. It was supposed to be a one time payment, there were so many OTOs now that I think about it.. I have sent an email to support but if my issue can be addressed I would appreciate it. I am not even using the product so a subscription service is useless to me.

Do apologize us for the inconvenience here. The $37 you paid for the product is actually a one-time fee. You will no longer be charged monthly additional fees. May I have your username please and I will sort it out for you.
