I have created 2 designs and the PNG image files have been downloaded correctly, and are showing in full in the portal view thumbnail - BUT when I try to EDIT the design only half of the content is being shown ??

I have created 2 designs and the PNG image files have been downloaded correctly, and are showing in full in the portal view thumbnail - BUT when I try to EDIT the design only half of the content is being shown ??

This appears to be a FAULT - I am concerned that if I try to RE-CREATE my design the same thing will happen and I will waste loads of my time again - if this fault persists the tool is unusable and not fit for purpose.

The attached file shows the FULL correct graphic - but when I open the design to EDIT it half of the content is missing.

This post is 4 months old and probably solved but I just add some info for anyone who has this problem to:
I had the same problem with images disappearing, but I found out that when I removed some of my uploaded images, those images are removed from the designs as well. I think all images are linked. If Pixabay change their library some way and the links to the images are broken the images will disappear from your design.

With the current development in the app, users can now choose Pixabay images, and these images are uploaded to our servers, so it will not be affected by URL/link changes.

I used the SUBMIT A REQUEST facility 10 days ago to START a support question - I gave the details in that post - you replied saying I needed to RAISE A PRIVATE TICKET - I replied asking HOW DO I RAISE A PRIVATE TICKET - so I am going around in circles and getting NOWHERE !!!

PLEASE do me the courtesy of READING the threads before you glibly respond with yet another useless iteration.

AND - I am using this COMMENT feature because your support tool does not appear to let me REPLY to your REPLY - which itself is a nonsense.

HELLO !! Is there anyone there - why have I had no response to this critical issue in almost a WEEK ?

When can I expect a response to my 2 replies above - this issue is still unexplained and my faith in this tool will drop to zero if I cannot get to the bottom of why my design elements have evaporated despite being still shown in the thumbnail image. Please now regard this as urgent. HOW DO I RAISE what you call a PRIVATE TICKET.
