It looks like the monthly membership has not been credited to my account (ibugu7)

Hi Terry, 

We have updated your account and added the Club. For you to be able to use the Club templates, you will need to re-install Gifzign. Please uninstall it first before re-installing.

Club templates can be found on the Mockup button in your GIF: 

Clicking this button, you will be sent to the mockups panel.

Also, updating Gifzign will give additional club mockup templates.

October and November templates are still in the works. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
