Designs not saving

For the last few weeks, I have been unable to save and designs or "save as" when editing. I use the web version but went ahead and downloaded the desktop version for mac. It won't let me do it because it says I need something to operate in word press. I do not want it for word press was selecting the plain mac version.

I'm attaching an image of the error message. I am desperate to find a solution as I use this frequently and it is now almost useless for me.

It appears the problem was the image size. I reduced the canvas size a bit and now everything seems to be saving.

May I know the browser you are using for Youzign? Also, what is the size of the image what you are working on that had problems? It looks like a a big image.

The desktop app would probably have issues and it will no longer be supported as we will be launching Youzign 3. Thus I would recommend you to use the web app.
