I am unable to log into Logozign

Hello,
 
This is a request for access to logozign.
 
I have tried resetting my password and that is not working.
 
My purchase email is: rtaylor@tcghr.com
Paypal Transaction ID: [some contents hidden]
 
I have also submitted a support ticket to support@youzign.com with no reply.
 
Your assisance with this matter is appreciated.

I'm glad to see that you received our reply to your message you sent to our support desk - Our reply was sent December 6th at 8 pm from support@youzign.com :)

When we have a launch, replies can take up to 24 hours to the messages received there. I hope you enjoy Logozign! As we add features and receive user requests - Logozign will grow into the best it can be.
