Having A LOT of problems with YouZign lately

Receiving error messages when trying to save work.

Background removal does not work/save.

Color picker is very problematic. Cannot move my mouse at all after entering HEX code or it reverts to black and erases the code.

System freezes up and won't do anything.

Please advise and repair.

Hi Gina,

According to one of our developers, these issues were brought by the recent major update on Youzign 3.0.
They have fixed these issues a couple days after the roll out though. Can you please try force refreshing your browser to load the recent updates?

for pc: ctrl + f5
for mac: cmd (Apple) + Shift + R
