Youzign Update Problem?

Seems like we lost all our images now...

Please get them back and solve the unacceptably slow performance that continues to plague this product. The new servers you upgraded to 2 months ago didn't work any better, and today it seems like you hit the jackpot again with another downgrade in performance.

Don't get me wrong, I like your product and I want to use it more. But going to drink a coffee every time I try to load something is not a sustainable solution.

Please fix.

Hi Rose, thanks for getting back to me.

Yes I see it's up and running again.

Slow performance is for both loading and saving. It can be ok, but less than 50% of the time. If it's less than 20 seconds I'm ok with that, but yesterday it ran into minutes to load a facebook ad template. Once loaded, working locally is no problem.

It's not browser related. We've been through this before with regards to authorising Youzign to use flash in my browsers. I generally use chrome, but don't ask me what I use, tell me what's best.

Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience here. We had technical issues on the uploads/ images a few hours ago but is already resolved now. 

Regarding the slow performance, do you experience them while saving, or loading a design? 

Also, may I know what browser are you using?
