keys on my YOUZIGN account that are not being authenticated:

I have been asked by the developers of WP UltraPOP what version of YOUZign I have. No place do I see any information what version I have.

I paid to be able to have unlimited installs and the developer's license.  I have only successfully installed FotoPress Pro on one site.  When I try and install it on my 2nd site I constantly receive a popup indicating "Your Youzign Account Requires Authentication."  I am unable to authenticate this on multiple sites.  Has anyone else had this issue?  Has there been a resolution for this issue yet?  

Me too.  Gave them my credentials to get into my site and haven't heard back from them.  Very disappointing because I absolutely love this software.
