Mockzign not working

Purchased beta 4/8/2018, used several times to learn.  Went back yesterday to begin to use and all I get is a blank box.  My Mockzign sign in info not recognized.  What do I need to do.  This was suppossed to be a lifetime subscription.

My mistake - when entering info in my password program I missed one character.  Thank you for your help, without that I probably never would have looked closely at the entries.
