Integration of the various email messages from YMB Properties, Warrior Forum, CloudApp and youzign

(Attn:Rose :3 Community Manager - Thanks for you previous help and assistance)

In this new problem I am having is, the Integration of the various email messages from YMB Properties, Warrior Forum, CloudApp and youzign that may contain various enhancements or other programs or addons for my Youzign account structure.

For example, from YMB Properties I get,

"Hey there,
For the past two days I have told you a lot
about our 1,000 brand new premium photos offer." Mind you this is the first one I got and there were no others as suggested, i.e. "for the past two days ...." and "Go here and download these original never-seen before premium photos for under 10 bucks" was this just a sales pitch ?

and, Happy Birthday Youzign: 100,000 Designs Milestone! (congratulations)

and, Hey there,
A couple weeks ago we told you about a really cool Wordpress image editing plugin called Canvakala " Grab it now while this special discount for our customers lasts." ( I had no active account a couple of weeks ago, so I don't' know what they said)

Then I have, "You purchased Youzign - Warrior Special three days ago but have not left a review yet." - You must be kidding me, what makes you think that all I had to do for the last 3 days is use your program, which did not preform as expected and needed to be fixed ?

Yet another one, "You purchased Youzign - 700+ Templates Upgrade three days ago but have not left a review yet.'" - who writes this stuff, as if I had time to look at 700 templates, who are you kidding ? and then I got an email from "youzign" "Hi there, We have upgraded your account to 500 templates." - So what the Hell is  going on Folks ???

Then in one of these email messages i must have clicked on something by mistake and next I get messages from "CloudApp" with, among other text, " ... Visit your account Dashboard and drop file directly via the browser. Whoa."

Folks, we are not organized, nor did we explain anywhere the "How, What, Where and Why" of the interface involvement of the Users account with youzign.

So is there or do you have a help file that explains this without needing to go to 3 dozen FAQ topics ?

- While you are at it, also on the one page can you explain please the 3 or more different youzign User account structures that are available please.

On a lighter note, I can't help but relate to Rose's name as being a possible "Irish Rose" seeing that this youzign facility stems from Ireland ☺☺☺

Hi Roger,

Like I mentioned earlier we only send email messages as "Youzign" and as "YMB Properties." And I went further to explain the various categories of email communications we send to customers.

I also mentioned that WarriorForum and CloudApp (whom we do not have any partnership with) are both third party sites and as such we do not control their email strategy.

I know the meaning of "Integrate/integration," but on the context with which you used it I needed clarifications on the intended result which is what our team would have to work with should it be something we have to implement.

Now that we are both aware that emails coming from us will always bear "Youzign" or "YMB Properties" as their sender name, I think that settles the integration issue then. Unless you will only want to be receiving emails from just one sender name, which, of course, I can try to implement for you.

There was one email, don't remember from whom, that wanted to allow WordPress Website Templates structures into my youzign account. D you know anything about this ?

Actually I am the Campaign Manager here at Youzign and I can assure you we didn't send such an email. Youzign has a wordpress plugin with which users can import and use their designs inside their wordpress posts and pages. In addition to the Youzign integration with the Canvakala plugin, those are the only relationships Youzign has with Wordpress at the moment in terms of API usage.

We'd appreciate to look through the emails you got from CloudApp, and perhaps the subsequent ones you got from WarriorForum, all of which I suppose you started getting since signing up to Youzign. Please if you find time can you paste some of them here for us or maybe forward them to my personal email magnus@ymbproperties.com

Hi Roger,

We send out email messages with "YMB Properties" or "Youzign" as the sender name. You may have received a couple emails from the WarriorForum with regards to your Youzign purchase.

With that said, we do not control any email message from the WarriorForum and CloudApp. In fact, we do not have any business relation with CloudApp as of yet. If you can paste us the email messages you received from these sites it will help us try to get to the root of this.

On your question about "email integration", if you can help us better understand your goal: Do you want all our email messages going into your Youzign account online platform or sent to one single email address, or ... ? I am a bit confused as to what "integration" means.

Agreed, we are working on this.

Yes they are. YMB Properties is the company that created Youzign, so whatever information/news we have is passed across to our entire customer base.

The emails still get sent with "Youzign" as the sender name. While we could have been using the founder's name, the campaign manager's name or that of the tech evangelist, we prefer using the brand name as it tends to stand out more to subscribers. So basically most of the emails you receive from us will bear Youzign as the sender.

That said, what distinguishes this type of email communication is the "content" actually. Sometimes we lead the email with a free giveaway and then proceed to introduce the tool we wanted to recommend. This is our way of providing value and a kind of reward for checking out the email, even if they may not like the recommended tool.

Youzign is solely focused on graphics and images at the moment. But hopefully in the near future Youzign will be able to edit and adapt Website templates.

Yes I noticed that too. We are using http://helprace.com/ (a third party site not owned by us) to host this platform and they are solely responsible for all required improvements. We only place such requests periodically, and will have to point this out to them.

The rest of the emails and who they are from and what to do with them I'm sure will sort itself out.

At this stage however after asking all the questions, I need to think about the youzign functionality and it's value to me in the current form. Sorry to say I may cancel the whole account as currently I do not see a value as I have access to thousands of website templates and related graphics incorporated in them and swap-able between them.

I apologise for the confusion. Obviously we need to streamline our communication strategy/frequency.

Let me now try to answer some of your questions...

On the email communications, we basically send three categories of emails to the Youzign community:

- Youzign email sequence. These are the first set of emails a customer receives after signing up for Youzign. This is meant to welcome the user onboard and make sure they are satisfied with the program.

- Youzign Newsletter; this includes all news, features, events and bug updates, about Youzign and its operations. We also include company-wide updates here (on YMB Properties).

- Tools and program recommendations. We periodically send product recommendation emails to users; meant to introduce them to other vetted valuable software applications and tools across other niches which we believe will help simplify their personal and business efforts.

I understand that while we try to align these messages in the best possible manner/frequency, there are still obviously improvements that could be made, and I assure you we will do our best to eliminate this kind of confusion going forwards.

The 1st video was pretty lame I'm sorry to say, I have seen better and I'm sure that as youzign gets organized you will make a new one. - as for the pricing, in view that I now have a "lifetime upgrade" license the URL you gave me did not address the question.

Then typically of most Help Desk Staff, you failed to read ALL of the questions I posed and then did not answer the questions relating to the "YMB Properties, Warrior Forum, CloudApp and youzign" email messages I receive and "how to integrate them into my account." The integration explanation was the issue I needed answered, i.e. "How to Integrate them"

Rose in my other topic answered the issues in that post and did a fine job of it also answering the 700= -V- 500 template issue. Her latest reply in that (the other Topic/ Post) addressed 98% of the concerns and  questions I had, and I would  ask that you read between the lines in my current (this) topic and try to address the questions and reply accordingly please.

Graphic image templates are all well and good, however the youzign interface lacks the website templates to integrate the youzign graphic image templates into a website without needing to run separate programs to create the website, would you not agree ?
